Marshall Plan and the institutional transformation of Turkey

In the second half of XX century, relations between USA and Turkey are getting tight close. However, a new phase arose need, fundamentally changing foreign policy vector ideological factor Turkey. It would be logical if Truman’s doctrine considered starting point decisive aspect sides, as well revealing secret documents, by US State Department, where negotiations Nazi Germany Soviet Union were described. Doctrine was constructed to detain prevent communism from spreading. Institutional development (that consequence Marshall’s Plan), prompted become member-state powerful military alliance NATO. The abovementioned ideas facts arise questions for further analysis, accordingly, article try answer following questions: What material impact has Marshall Plan made on Turkey’s economic, political, institutions?
